Can I buy a normal sunbed and replace the tubes?

Hi,
As a long-time sufferer of psoriasis, I had light treatment once and it did wonders for me. I'm now fighting to get it again and considering buying my own sunbed. My question is, can I get a cheap sunbed and replace the tubes with the Philips ones?
