Has anyone tried Chinese medicine?

I did years ago and I thought it helped, I'm having a bad flair up at the moment and I'm considering it again but it is between £80-100 for 1 months products.. your thoughts & experiences on it would be much appreciated 👍🏼

I use forever living products which are aloe vera based. A lot cheaper than that, safe for all the family- even the pets!!
