Nail psoriasis help

Hello, sorry for the essay here haha. I am 18 years old and suffering badly with nail psoriasis on both my hands and feet. I had it about 10 years ago and it cleared up about 2 years, during this time I became very I confident in myself and wouldn't leave the house or wouldn't make friends because I didn't want people to ask about it. Over there last couple of months it has come back worse than before, although I'm not as conscious about it I still don't like people asking me about it. I feel I've tried ever type of cream and treatment I can possibly have. I was just wondering whether anyone has found someone that really works. Many thanks

Hey guys,long time sufferer,even longer drum and metal lover!hoping to meet,chat and find fellow afflicteds....let's stick together!

I tend to put a prescribed ointment on any nail and cut them short in a warm bath,if you can keep the affected area small it tends to clear better,for me anyway.try soaking in white wine vinegar too,that helps.x
