Hello
My Husband and Daughter ( adult) who both have psoriatic arthritis live with me. We were considering moving to another part of the country, Hereford/ Gloucester /Bristol/Cardiff partly to be nearer my other daughter. However I was concerned over health care and access to anti TNF biological drugs.
They currently have good care from Addenbrookes and both take the biological drugs.
Has anyone got experience of moving to another part of the country and ease of access to consultant care for psoriatic arthritis?
thank you

You've got to realise: (i) in the UK there is a serious sortage of dermatologists, and centres of excellance.
(ii) some areas, FOR EXAMPLE - NHS Worcestershire - 'hopeless' - fails to attract and employ consultants - unless the specialists are agency workers.
IN SUMMARY - a 'post-code lottery!!!

Thank you.
The problem with NHS is post code lottery, both with Primary care trusts funding and care in hospitals.
I am concerned re moving to an unknown area in healthcare terms as to pay privately for biological treatments for PA is very expensive.
