Upadacitinib, Known as Rinvoq

Hi all. I’ve been on adilumabab for around 6 months and now have pustular psoriasis very badly on both hands and feet and little bits over parts of my body. The rheumatologist has told me to stop adilumabab and I am going to start Upadacitinib, as Rinvoq. Is anyone on this or been on it and what are your experiences of it for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis? Really hoping it’s effective!
