Cyclosporine

Hi I’ve suffered psoriasis for many years been on light treatment methotrexate and currently on otezla what worked well to start with but not doing good now so was suggested this cyclosporine what are peoples experiences did it work well I don’t really no if it’s better than otezla my dermatologist seems to think it will work better
