Suspected PsA in knee

Hi all, I have an initial appointment with the Rheumatologist on Saturday and was after a bit of advice, please. A bit of history: I have psoriasis on my scalp and various other parts of my body, toe nails coming away from the nail bed and reoccurring Uveitis in my right eye (although I’ve only recently discovered there is a link between the two). My right knee became swollen for no obvious reason back in August ‘24 and won’t go down despite taking naproxen and doing physio. After a lot of back n forth to the GP, the in-house physio sent me for an MRI. The report shows I have full cartilage loss on the bottom of the kneecap, a bone cyst below the cartilage and then fluid pretty much all round the rest of the knee. The in-house physio thought it best to refer me to MSK but when their specialist read the MRI report, they bounced it back saying I needed to see a rheumatologist. Whilst it is painful at times and aches, I wouldn’t say I get morning stiffness, so it makes me think it’s less likely to be PsA, however I’ll await their verdict. I have no idea what to expect but was hoping someone might be able to give me an idea of some useful questions to ask? Thanks in advance, L

You need to know if it is psa, by your comments sounds like it could be,in my experience with Ruma thay seem too not reckonise your symptons, press them dont hold back ie tell them what you think and cover all angles,i found myself running around in circles with them, stick too your guns and good luck !
