Lions Mane

I am new to this forum and suffered with scalp psoriasis for 27 years. Enstillar foam really helped (prescribed after a private dermatologist consultation) but my doctor won’t prescribe it. Someone recommended taking supplement Lions Mane. Has anyone tried this and how did they find it?

I was prescribed Enstilar by a private dermatology consultant. And my GP prescribes it. I’m sorry your GP refuses to do the same.

Hello, would also like to know if Lions mane works, have tried all the lotions and potions for my scalp psoriasis but nothing is working 😖. My doctor has now suggested going on Ciclosporin which I’m unsure of.
