I was diagnosed with psoriasis at 5. Hormones are not an option for me, so I've tried psychotherapy. It kinda helped a bit, but to be completely honest at some point I took a fancy for games, especially roblox and it really changed things for me. Highly recommend getting into something fun for stress relief, otherwise your quality of life will suffer, unfortunately. Working out is also a big one for me. I saw an improvement in a month or so

Yes I agree about working out.
I'm interested in what you say about games - will give it a try thanks.

The problem lies in your gut and or tonsils. The culprit is a bacteria called “Strep Pyogenes”.
You need an antibiotic called “Azithromycin” to sort your gut.
You need 500mg per day for 5 days. Wait for a few weeks. You will start to clear up. If for example you still have some psoriasis left after say 3 months then repeat the dose of Azithromycin again. Your doctor probably won’t entertain you as this condition is a moneymaker for them. You will probably have to get them some other way. Good luck.
