Pustular Psoriasis

I have a roughly 2 1/2* (65 mm) diameter patch on my forehead that goes into my hairline about 3/4" (20 mm). This patch has a 'live edge' around the circumference that's about 1/8" (3 mm) wide, slightly swollen and inflamed with slight encrustation from leaking serum. Inside the patch are three spots that chronically scab over with dried pus pushing up from underneath. The oozing pus can dry to a thick raised scab that continues to grow if I don't apply ointments that keep the crust soft so I can wipe it away. If I leave it for a day or two, pressing lightly on the hardened crust pushes out pus. Underneath this crust the area is raw and will bleed if I remove the crust entirely. I wonder if this is common and you just live with it or should I seek an antibiotic treatment from a medical doctor?

It couldn't hurt to seek an antibiotic treatment maybe that would help, sounds very painful
