Otezla v Tremfya

Hi all, My dermatologist recently recommended I move on to a medication for my scalp plaque psoriasis as ointments were not working. She gave me the option of trialing Otezla or going straight to Tremfya. From what I understand, the side effects of Otezla are more common but can ease with time. What are people's experience of either of these options? Should I go straight to Tremfya or trial a medication first?

Hi I am currently 7 days In to otezla and I am not having hardly any issues with it. I have servere guatte psoriasis I was on acitretin for the last year that made me so dry and made it go flat but that is it. I would say give it a go.
