Weening off cyclosprine

Hi I need to come off this drug as the side effects are vile. I was on 100mg for too long as was left they increased to 200mg for 4 months swapping brand half way through which really effected me but the lesser known brand did actually seem to be working. Now decreased to 100mg but my scalp is already getting bad again and though the headaches have subsided the shaking and muscle pain and hypersensitive skin reactions are still bad. How do I do it. Derm just don't answer my calls. Can't get an appt till may. Any advise or experiences would be appreciated x
