Hey, Im new on here but thought I would give it a whirl..
I have 80% coverage of small plaque Psoriasis and its flared up quite bad in my scalp and in stead of doing long process treatment the hospital told me to do a friend suggested ginger shampoo..
Has anyone tried it?

Good luck with this. I have used old fashioned Vosene shampoo after trying many other, as I seem to have a bad reaction to coal tar products. Now the plague has gone I use baby shampoo.
A friend takes oral Aloe Vera which works for him!

No but I use Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Shampoo and that has worked brilliant for my psoriasis
