Helplines Awareness Day 2025

The Psoriasis Association are proud to support the Helplines Awareness Day which takes place on 23rd February 2025.

To celebrate, there are a variety of activities taking place throughout the week.

The theme for 2025 focuses on “The Power of Helplines” and having held over 14,500+ helpline conversations since 2010 onwards, we’d consider The Psoriasis Association helpline quite the powerhouse!

The campaign hopes to put a spotlight on:

  • The power of talking - opening up and sharing feelings
  • The power of being listened to - knowing someone truly hears you
  • The power of timely support - finding the right help when it's most needed

The aim of the campaign is to encourage those who are struggling to seek support through the Helplines Partnership online directory.

Our Helpline Team

Our helpline staff have in-depth knowledge of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, but they are not medically qualified, and this helpline is not intended to replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. We are unable to provide a diagnosis, treatment prescription, or referral to a specialist. If your questions require medical advice, our helpline staff will advise you to contact a healthcare professional.
