Small Steps are a Big Start Campaign Launched

The Psoriasis Association is proud to have partnered again with LEO Pharma UK and Ireland to launch Small Steps are a Big Start, a campaign to inspire people with psoriasis to take a small step to improve their wellbeing and health.

Over the past year life has changed, and many of our routines have had to adapt. As a result you may have noticed changes to your fitness levels, mental wellbeing, or the way you interact with your doctor. Now that lockdown restrictions have been eased, we want to help inspire and motivate you to restart old habits, or maybe even pick up new ones, to help you live well with psoriasis.

This campaign features videos with Meaghan, Jas and Lesley, who have all taken their very own small step to improve either their physical health, mental wellbeing or how they interact with their doctor. They have also shared their tips to help you get the most out of your next appointment for your psoriasis.
