Connection between Psoriasis & Lichen Planus

I am now 83. Had psoriasis since I was 15. Had PUVA twice. Most areas of my skin have been affected at times. Wife cuts my hair.

I am 79 and have had Psoriasis since I was 15. It has always been head to toes but mainly in small very irritating patches. During that time I have had two PUVA treatment programmes. I have now been told that I also have Lichen Planus and from what I read there is some possible connection between this and Psoriasis. Does anyone else have this as well as Psoriasis and had any good results with treatment. I understand it is not curable- only treatable.? Thanks
