Hi every1 having a flare up atm now this has to be the worst ever I can hardly bend walk ect for the pain not in my joint it's my skin no amount of cream is helping a bath helps til I get out then the pain kicks back in amputation 90% of my body is covered have been referred back to dermatologist appointment is in Feb I just want to cut all my skin off has any1 else ever felt like this thanks

No lisa i havent...i work in building trade so cant apply as often as i'd like.I'm just using emollient and exocet with t-gel in my hair.I was hoping you would have some answers !😉

Well no further forward steroid cream that I have been using for weeks now well with the scale of it I get 2 uses out of 1 tube only gd thing was he gave in and gave me some sleeping tablets so hopefully tonite get a decent sleep for work I have specialist in Feb but seems a lifetime away been looking up uvb sunbeds and really considering buying my own just a bit pricey gd luck at the specialist hopefully they get you started on something asap working in cold weather won't help you much

Personally i thought the steroid cream was crap and it just sticks to your clothes...I'm averaging 3-5 hours a night but still makes me feel so bad..like you its restricting me.I was looking at the lamps...i may get one depends on what the specialist says tomorrow.I will update you tomorrow lisa with any info.Get a good night sleep tonight.

hello i am new to this website and i think its so supporting. just a wonder have you tried dovobet i know most steroid creams are not great and you eventually become sick and tired of applying thick greasy cream although dovobet cant be used excessively due to its affects but when suffering to point of how you are for three days maybe apply the cream and promise you will notice a difference have a break and let you skin get to know the cream and then another three days when you feel is needed until your psoriasis is manageable x
Hi guys..just an update from me..Went to the specialist today,on my legs is plaque psoriasis and i have arthtitic too hence the pain i'm feeling...i was been treated for mild guttate psoriasis.He also said the stuff to use is Enstillar foam but a postcode lottery to gp who prescribe this as its £50 a tube...I also uvb treatment at the end of january he hopes 2-3 times a week for 12 weeks.I'm disappointed that i needed to pay someone to tell me this when my own gp thought nowt of it..I'm feeling a bit positive today.Feel free ask me anything.

I know how its feel. because I also got plaque 50% all over my body except my face.thank god. i always thinking that 1day my husband & kids would left me because because i'm getting ugly..=(
I'd tryed coconut oil...dosen't work for me....i have arthritic psorasis in joints and plaque psorasis...only place i havent is face too.I felt like that but your family love and support you.

it's contain bamboo salt,pu erh tea extract, liquorice, tea tree,vit e & aloe vera. I hope it works for me. I tried everything. but u know its not last forever but at least I try..

my advice is do not get stress or it would spread like hell..huhu.
but we just human..Lisa,I hope you will be OK. try virgin coconut oil. or aloe vera gel.every time after bath.
I got aloe vera gel...but as of tomorrow i'll be using enstilar foam.

Amani I know how u feel with regards to ur husband bit if he loves u as much as mine he will love u no matter what I have tried the coconut oil but nothing stress levels are high with me just now waiting on a new home only 2 more weeks to I see the dermatologist
