Hi I'm Lee km 37 I have notice the last few weeks one of my finger nails has tiny little almost like pin pricks in it just one nail it's never been there before I have no other symptoms at the moment and can't get a Dr's appointment for three weeks I have looked on the Internet and psoriasis is one of the things that comes up but I don't seem to have any other symptoms any advice would be welcomed thanks

But it is just one nail. You may be worrying about nothing.
Anyway you have posted here, Your nails will possibly be broken cracked and ridged. One nail? The first to go is usually skin, This is because it's the biggest organ in the body. And obviously the most visible.
If there is no rash, skin flare , itching and pain and I assume not then a doc I would have thought cannot diagnose anything from a nail.
