Help for a flare on he face and ears.

Has anyone got any advice as my recent monumental flare has left me with psoriasis on my face, ears and my scalp has gone crazy. I've bee diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis last week as well and will be starting Methotrexate on 21st. It's just my confidence has taken a massive hit and I'm doing all I can but I can't always fight how miserable I feel on top of all the physical Symptoms I have as well.
