Hydrocortisone for face

Very low self esteem, pain

Hi, can I apply this cream on my face over my normal moisturiser and under my foundation or should I just use it at night before bed?

I have a small patch under my nose that I use Hydocortisone and I put it on a clean face. I still put my make up on over and it doesn't seem to affect it. I would suggest putting it on first.
