i have had it for 30 years and now my 4year old son haqs it/
My 4 year old son has psoriasis i have it too so he has got it from me. Does anyone have any experiance with a child so young having it. I feel we are limited to what cream he can have as he is so young. He has it on his face too. Luckly it does not bother him at all but it will when he gets older and other kids start to make comments. I am so worried that it will get out of control.

hi there, im sorry to hear this its all out fears when we have children worrying that they will get it, i look at my children everyday and worry one of them will end up with it, i have not had much luck with diets but on the food hospital there was a little boy and mum who had it and they changed their diet and had lots of fish and cod liver oil supplements, the mum even made homemade fish cakes for him! i really hope he will grow out of it because some children do simularly to eczema fingers crossed for him. I would put up with it for the rest of my life if i meant my children being free from it so i feel for you i would advise very minimum use of steriod cream as it can make things worse in the long run and epaderm emmoilent is a good moisturiser which you can get from many chemists and its quite cheap too, good luck xx
