Opinions on moo goo

Hi there my doctor recently suggested to me that a treatment called moo goo all natural ingredients but it's £18 a bottle but im a bit sceptic I've tried a few things from steroid to herbal treatments with very few successful results ......

Yeah, it's just another one from a whole bunch of 'herbal' type skin care products and to my mind it's another expensive blend of the usual ingredients found in most nappy rash creams. It's distributed from Slough but I think it originated in Australia or at least it did when I tried it without any success.

Had psoriasis since I was 10 now I'm 19, a younger person battling it throughout teens and now am up against dreaded media expectations
I've been given moo goo during my light treatment , it moisturises my skin but not much else and it also smells weird like playdough

I tried moo goo. It didn't do a thing and didn't even smell nice!
