Hi, Swordsman. You can find descriptions of genital psoriasis on the web. My psoriasis, which I've had for about 4 years, has just spread to 'down there', and it makes me feel quite glum. Does anyone know what creams/treatments are recommended for this. Currently, I'm between treatment programmes and my GP doesn't seem to be a specialist in this condition.

Hello there, My name is Dominic and I work for the Psoriasis Association. There is some information on our website about psoriasis in sensitive areas, including genital psoriasis. There are some tips as to how to manage genital psoriasis and an overview of treatments that may help as well. Huge mental deterioration triggered by unpleasant physical feelings from having psoriasis in a sensitive area

Hi all, I've been diagnosed with anal psoriasis and I'm really struggling with it. I'm seeing a dermatologist as my doctor could not work out what was wrong but despite all the creams she's prescribed, nothing has worked. Its really distressing sitting in the car or at work and having this awful feeling in your anus. Its got me down to the point that I can't see any future living like this and am struggling to get through each day. As a last ditch attempt at solving this, I just wondered if anybody has tried anything other than prescribed creams which might help in this area - would really appreciate your recommendations. Thanks
