I've been experiencing pain in my wrists and ankles for approximately 2 years now. I also get pain in hands, fingers, elbows, hips and legs with flu like aches. My eyes constantly stream and have done for a year now. I also have psoriasis in my scalp with a strong family history
Doc reluctantly referred me to rheumatologist who did more bloods, they seem to have come back normal again.
I don't get any swelling
The rehumatolotlgist has referred me for a bone scan with dye, problem is I am needle phobic.
So I've got a couple of questions and you seem like a friendly bunch. Does this sound like PSA? And can it be diagnosed without a bone scan? I've had x-rays and they came back normal

Thank you for your reply, I've also read about the nails and that's not an issue I have.
The pain is worse in the morning but still continues through the day and night.
I will definitely check out the diet stuff, it's been on my mental to do list for a while alongside losing some weight. The consultant prescribed vitamin D so will pick that up tomorrow.
