New to Psoriasis :)

Hi there - my name is Jo and I have been diagnosed with psoriasis - my scalp is mainly affected and have scaly patches elsewhere. I am currently on Dovonex Scalp Treatment and Doublebase. Been told that I have to the scalp treatment two weeks then book appointment if still sore. I also have type 1 diabetes - wondered what soaps and shampoos are good for this. And are there any other diabetics here? Jo
