Hi all my wife has been on this for nearly a year now, worked a treat with very minor side effects, but her yearly course is coming to an end and she is petrified that they will stop the funding. So two questions really. 1. I am assuming her psoriasis will return or has anybody out there been cured from it. 2 has anybody out there been on this for longer than a year and is still funded by the NHS. Very very expensive if you buy it yourself Thanks for reading and hopefully replying

Hi I am on the same treatment, I started last September. I am intrigued that you have the impression that the treatment will stop after a year. That's certainly not the impression I have ever been given by my Dr. As my psoriasis starts to reappear when getting close to the injection time, I assume that it will come back without the treatment. But I cannot believe that an Dr would abandon a patient, especially as you have to jump through hoops to get the biologics in the first place.

I have been on this for 8 years and it cleared up completely. It was the best feeling ever to have confidence in my skin again. However they recently brought out a biosimilar version which they have put me on and 4 days after this injection my skin has flared right up. Back to square 1. All to do with cutting costs
