Stelara injections

I have severe psoriasis for nearly 40 years

Hi iam new to this so I am just after some advice . I've had p for nearly 40 yrs and I've always used creams and ointments but now I've heard about the stelara injections so can anyone give me any information about this course of treatment cos I am at my wits end now :(
