Matresses

I am a healthcare professional that is looking after a patient with psoriasis. She gets very hot at night and has not slept well for months, and feels this is due to the psoraisis. Does anyone suffer from this as well? What helps? She is looking to buy a memeory foam mattress but I have heard that these can make you feel very hot anyway.. Thank you in advance.
