Pustular Psoriasis

My mother has been in hospital for 4 weeks with an aggressive Pustular Psoriasis, she has been in intensive care for a week as she lost stomach fluid her kidney and liver functions were low and her temp was 33 so we were told she was in organ failure. She is slowly recovering but still in intensive care, the Psoriasis entered her mouth affected her tongue as well. She is covered in dressing head to toe and being treated daily with cream and acitretin also Infliximab. Has anyone else experienced such a bad experience and pulled through?
