When my brothers P Cleared up after a lifetime struggle I asked him what he had done if anything .. His reply was he ate nothing from a frying pan. I realised that the pan is not the problem but the oil could be. I researched oil manufacture methods and found that a solvent is used to manufacture vegetable oil and rape seed oil along with a few others such as olive oil ! Extra olive oil should be processed by mechanical pressing only, so if the labelling is true it has no solvent residue in it. I have changed my diet by omitting all chemically processed oils and have now 50% less psoriasis in 4 weeks !! I have never been happier with the progress as creams and light treatment have little effect on me. I am now suggesting that many people may have an allergic reaction to the solvent extracted oils found in most pre made foods and cooking oils. I was told by several specialists that i have P... I don't think I do !! Please read your ingredient labels on everything you eat and make your own decision. If you choose to change your diet as I have here are some permitted foods...
Any home cooked / prepared foods with extra Vergin oil if ness.
Part baked bread, crumpets and croissants.
Cheese.
Baked beans.
Fish.
Meat but maybe not pork ( the vegetable waste after oil extraction may be used for animal feed for pigs?)
Some biscuits like fingers.
Foreign chocolate.
Yoghurt
There are lots more but please let me know if you find a good one.
Progress is slow to start with but after two weeks you should see an improvement if you have my condition.
P breaks up into smaller areas with good skin in between first.
Dark red fades to ping and then just to darker skin.
Perimiter red line breaks and your nearly mended....
Good luck, I hope this helps.
Please, please tell me if this works for you.
