Hi all
I’ve been using steroid creams on and off for a year now, dovobet, enstilar etc.
They have been quite effective but I’m not sure when to stop using them. My psoriasis is no longer red, raised, scaly or itchy but instead there are remaining dark coloured spots where the psoriasis was.
Should I keep using the creams until the discoloured spots completely fade or is now the time to stop? I suppose I should ask my GP but I don’t want to bother them at the moment while they are busy with the vaccine etc.
I’d appreciate any help you amazing people can offer.
Thanks.

i would carry on using it , from past experience i have stopped and the scales have come back with a vengeance .Don't be put off calling the doctors I am told they are still open ( despite the difficulty in getting appointments) and like our surgery they are not all involved in the vaccine , They are there for you just give them a call , it may mean they give you a milder cream
