What is the longest time people have been on methotrexate.?
What type of side effects have people had? Tablets or injections?

I can only tolerate about a year and then I have to stop. I stay on the lowest dose possible (10mg) by injection and take anti-sickness tablets with folic acid. Side effects fluctuate but seem to build as time goes on. I hate it, especially the two days of running to the toilet after taking the dose, but the alternative is not much better.
The scientific literature suggests you can stay on it for a long time with no ill effects but this is not my own experience.

I have been perscribed methotrexate by injection and I am due to start as soon as my blood results come back.
I got a full MOT.
I have been given folic acid six days a week this time.
I am scares but I want the psoriasis gone
