suffered for many years but well under control for last 2 years. I find info from your association very useful and am a member.

I recently disposed of all bath shower products. I now use a dead sea salt scrub ( tried loads of different ones and cheaper ones just as good) followed by epaderm moisturiser (can buy or get perscription) used as soap substitute. I used dovanex ointment very sparingly. Psoriasis has disappeared from some areas and improved dramatically in others

for 20 years on and off

I have had a flare up and really bad have had on and off for 20 years well really fed up so decided to look up some items , I bought some pine tar soap and pine tar shampoo off amazon ( Pine Tar Collection: Pine Tar Shampoo and Pine Tar Soap 2 In 1) and the effects so far are amazing in two days. The scales of the ps has fallen off and seem to be calming down and some bits seem to be drying up. it is still red but feel that it may be stopping well hopefully. I have soaped myself up in bath and have used the shampoo as a body wash which I must say is not the most lovely smells and colour but if it works well worth a try. I have also been using Salcura DermaSpray Intensive Skin Nourishment Spray 50m and find this really good

I have suffered from psoriasis from 15 of age. Sunbathing and swimming in the sea always help clear up my rashes but they always return!

Have any of you tried Dead Sea Salt bath treatments? If so, did you try any products from Westlab.co.uk website? They seem to be good value for money, especially a 25kg sack which works out at £1.09 per kg as compared to £3.85 per 500g from Holland & Barrett (equivalent to £7.70 per kg).

I have been diagnosed for 7 to 8 years, but more recently the condition has worsened and the medication (steroid creams) have proven less th

I have been diagnosed for approx 10 years. Condition getting more difficult to treat, dovonex and dovobet are favoured by our medical practice but both make my condition worse before showing signs of improvement. Often then psoriasis returns very quickly. In October 2014 I had hip surgery (osteoarthritis). Iwas unable to shower for 6 weeks, doing all over body washes only. Shampooing and shower gel: continued to use the Simple products. My condition is much improved, I shower once a week, continuing to moisturise cetraben (not sure if it makes any difference). I know there is a viewpoint that we shower too often? Its early days, at present I am loathe to return to using the ointments.

Had to consider a career change as nursing and psoriasis don't mix too well I feel like I am so ugly

I dread a shower and hair wash I use dipobase cream to wash with but I feel such pain as soon as I get in the shower I rub in all the creams as prescribed Now on methotrexate
