Is this normal? PSA flare ups *day after* taking methotrexate?

Long time forum lurker here lol! I’ve been on mtx for almost 10 years now, taking 15mg injections every week. I tend to get an arthritic flare up (for me, in my feet) the day after I inject. Does anyone else have this issue? I feel like I’m on a weekly hamster wheel of mtx>nsaid>one nice day>mtx! Any thoughts welcome!
