Psoriasis scarring

Has anyone suffered from scarring. I started taking methodrexate several months ago and it has helped to clear up most of the large patches I had, but I'm left with a lot of dark patches on my legs and still won't wear shorts. I've read that they will go in time but 4 months in and they are still there. Is there anything I can do about this or will they ever go away. Any thoughts or experiences greatly appreciated.

Hey Mich! Try using a derm product with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, niacinamide and other beneficial substances for restoring the skin barrier. I totally recomment Paulas choice products. Helped me a lot with quite a lof scars I had from an adulthood acnee. I have no spots or pigments on my face, it’s very clean and fresh. I use Paulas Choice clear skin hydrator on a daily basis for 7 years now. It’s not cheap but I strongly recommend it.
