Acitretin

I’ve had psriosis my whole life. I’ve previously 10 years ago been on methotrexate that was amazing! However they took me off it for fatty liver. I’ve since lost 7stone and my liver is normal but they won’t put me back in it with a risk of damaging my liver again. They now said they will put me on Acitretin. Has anyone any experience with this? I’m so desperate to get rid of this is hindering my life so much. Any advice appreciated x
