Rubber gloves

I have psoriasis on my knees, elbows, arms and hands I have just started using a new cream called Dermalex I have only been using it for 3 days now and have already seen an improvement in scaling, redness and itching it is quite expensive but so far has the best results than all the other creams I have previously tried, my problem is my hands I work as a cleaner and have to wear rubber gloves most of the day and when I take them off my hands are always hot and sweaty and psoriasis on my hands is bright red, itchy and sore, any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
