Research survey - novel methodology

Hi all, I was hoping that you could assist me in some research. The research is being carried out independently, although there has been some tentative interest from academia. To explain a little about my background, I am a management consultant with a specialism in data. I have been interested in applying my skills to making the world a better place. I discovered an interesting methodology that I understand might be able to help us understand psoriasis a little better and may even lead to developing new treatments. The goal of the research is to draw causal inferences based on population survey data. This is a relatively new approach in statistics and has yet to really catch-on in the academic medical community. However, I believe that the approach really does have a great deal to offer. The survey itself should take no more than about 2 minutes. The survey itself consists of three questions and it will require no personal information at all.
