Hello, my son was diagnosed with Psoriasis in 2020 he’s now 12. Over the years he’s tried many different Steroid creams or ointments and most recently a course of Ultraviolet B (UVB) phototherapy which unfortunately didn’t clear it completely. We’ve got a follow up appointment with the consultant next week and he’s already had bloods taken to possibly start taking Methotrexate. I know everyone can react differently to this medication however I’m wondering if anyone took this medication around this age or knows of anyone as looking for some honest feedback on it. Thank you.

Hi Hayley
Have the doctors not suggested PUVA light treatment as this is more effective than UVB treatment.
