Psoriasis treatment with ointment

You need somebody to help you :/ if it is really bad. He or she can make ’pathways’ and apply the ointment there. I have longish hair and patches of P on my scalp. I manage with spotwise putting on ointment myself where i fold away my hair.. And then rubbing it in. On the outsides of my hairline it goes better. Just brush it in with your fingertips. Sadly, my hair started falling out :( and I am considering a shorter haircut.
