Hi I developed psorasis about 8 weeks ago, never had before, my body is covered and my scalp is awful, I have lost so much hair and am very bald, I'm devastated and conscious and is getting me down, anyone else experience this

Sue - sorry to hear this and that you received no replies. I am 70 and have had psoriasis since age 14 but rarely too severe and only on my legs and body not scalp. I've tried all the different steroid creams etc from GPs over the years but never seemed to get on top of it. I've just joined this forum and posted that a lady with psoriasis recommended CeraVe moisturising lotion which I've been using daily since September and it's been great. We guys are poor at using moisturiser but I'm sure the lady who advised me had tried other moisturisers but this was the best advice ever. I really don't know if it would help your scalp but who knows?
