Help with Side Effects of Enstilar

hi all - ive recently (finally) been diagnosed with psoriasis on my leg, it has been absolutely awful. have been using prescribed enstilar since 18th march and it seems to be helping the actual psoriasis BUT it's causing me to have super painful, inflamed acne on my leg. the spots look awful and are incredibly painful, i literally couldn't walk last night it was that bad. has anyone else this side effect or have any general advice on how to get rid of it? unfortunately can't phone doctors until tuesday as its bank holiday and would really like to know if anyone's been in the same boat as me :)
