Would anyone have any insights into what anti anxiety medication should be avoided if you have psoriasis. I’ve tried to reduce the anxiety and depression (exercise, diet and therapy) linked to psoriasis for two years and just can’t seem to feel better. I’m worried about taking medication that will cause my psoriasis to get worse and to feel worse mentally

Apparently buspirone can exacerbate psoriasis. I stopped taking it. Don't drink alcohol either.
I was recently advised by my gp that propanalol is terrible for psoriasis too
I dont take it often enough to notice an impact but apparently a no no

Yeah, everyone’s skin is different, so how medications like propranolol affect people can vary a lot. For most folks, it's pretty harmless, but it’s always good to be aware.

Has anyone out there come across or heard of LDN or Low Dose Naltrexone?
I stumbled across it while browsing the internet. It is primarily used to treat Fibromyalgia & complex regional pain syndrome, but in America, they have found it very beneficial in cream form for treating psoriasis & similar auto immune conditions. It works on the brain to lessen anxiety & tension.
I know myself that my psoriasis gets more scratchy when I'm under pressure (no news there, eh?!!)
