Chinese cream - Smile & Joys

Has anyone got any experience using smile & joys Chinese cream there seems to be a lot of positivity around the cream on social media but I’m sure someone has said it has steroids in it but it advertises as herbal.

Many chinese ointmentds are advertised as 100% herbal but lab analysis shows them to have sterods, and in some cases the levels were higher than allowed in the UK. The Psoriasis Association ised to cover some brands that had been tested, but I cannot finf that now.
