New and looking for advice!!!

Hi all I have 98% coverage scalp psoriasis and PA been suffering for a bout 5 years. After months of dermatology appointments and various treatments I have taken the decision to start methotrexate today is day 1 first dose if 4 x 2 5mg tablets down the hatch and i have foloc acid tablets to take in 2-3 days after dose. I am scared and not sure wjat to expect now. Does anyone have any advice or would share your journey with this medication. Thanks
