Survey on preferences for information and help for people with psoriasis

Hi everyone. I'm a researcher at Manchester University and we're recruiting for a survey on preferences for different types of information and help for people with psoriasis. If you're an adult with psoriasis in the UK, you are eligible to take part. If anyone has any spare time to complete this survey this week we would be really grateful. So far we have some great results - but because we don't have many responses it will limit our conclusions. It should take around 15/20 minutes and will hopefully go to improving the information and help provided to people with psoriasis in the future.
