Plaque,scalp and nail psoriasis

I have all three scalp, plaque and nail psoriasis. Nails have had a biopsy. I have pain in my toes and horrible knee pain. Is anyone aware of someone who has more than one psoriasis. I’m questioning whether I have psoriatic psoriasis. I’m currently on Otezla. I see my orthopedic MD in two weeks. I understand that’s PSa needs to be done. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Yeah, it's common to have more than one type, and the pain in your toes and knees could be related to psoriatic arthritis. Definitely discuss it with your orthopedic MD in two weeks. In the meantime, have you tried tracking your symptoms to see if you can identify any patterns or triggers? And how's Otezla been working for you so far?
