I have had Palmoplantar pustulosis on my left hand for a number of years. I have mainly been prescribed steroid based creams which have had little impact other than thinning my skin. I managed to wean myself off these creams by using anti inflammatory tablets during flare ups such as ibuprofen, but was concerned about the effects on my blood pressure with prolonged use and so started looking for some natural remedies. I have tried lots of treatments such as salt-water bathing, red light therapy and various natural creams and lotions but the winner so far has been the application of apple cider vinegar. I cant recall why I decided to try this and it stings like hell if you apply it neat on broken skin but a few days after applying it all of the pustules had gone. If I stop applying it for any length of time, I find the condition returns with a vengeance and so I now have a converted perfume bottle that I use to spray it on a couple of times a day and so far (6 months), this has kept the condition at bay. My skin is still thin and can be quite dry but I no longer have to suffer the rinse and repeat episodes of pustules and cracked broken skin. I hope this information is helpful.

Many thanks - these are great to hear. I’ve recently started getting PP on my hands and arms.
