Guttate Psoriasis

Hi all, I am new to this, so hope im doing it right. About 8 weeks ago i had a really bad case of tonsillitis. Around 2 weeks after having it, i started to notice loads of “droplets” of psoriasis all over my body and arms, which had continued to get worse but now seems to have slowed down. Ive had this before around 6 years ago. I think its guttate psoriasis and im wondering if anyone has had it before, and how they treated it? Its affected my self confidence a lot so hoping to get it sorted soon, or at least have it go away.
