Psoriasis holiday/vacation

I'm home alone over new year and thinking about going on a holiday specifically geared to someone with psoriasis. Thinking Jordan and the dead sea/Iceland the blue lagoon/Florida the sunshine state. There are - apparently - holidays that offer therapies for people with the big P. Does anyone have any experience of these, any advice, or recommendations? TIA
